PINK LADY

Macedon Ranges, VIC
Staghound x Wolfhound x Greyhound x Mastiff • 1 year 3 months • Female

Pink Lady aka our very own ‘pocket wolfie’ is ready to bound into your life and make your house a home. Imagine a creature so harmless, you’d believe her bones were made out of marshmallow fluff. Yep, that’s Pink Lady for you – “no bad bones” and all.

This little lady spends most of her days daydreaming in her own personal la la land, playing with her siblings or soaking up the sun like a diva on her own private pride rock. And when she’s not busy being adorable, you’ll find her quietly lounging with an almost regal grace. She comes fully fitted with her little white socks – but it’s that brindle scruff that’ll win you over, trust us.

Despite her slightly intimidating lineage (staghound x greyhound mama + Wolfhound x Mastiff papa), Lady’s only 21kgs of pure love and cuddles. She’s low on the prey drive (she shares her dinner with the local magpies), and gets along with everyone from dogs to deer to ponies. She’s basically the ultimate social butterfly – without the “look at me!” vibe.

What’s the catch? Well, there isn’t one! She’s simply a delight in dog form. While Lady has spent most of her life in the peaceful, laid-back countryside of Victoria, she’s totally open to trading in those rolling hills for a suburban lifestyle. Sure, it might take a little time and patience for her to adjust to the hustle and bustle, but in return, you’ll get a perfectly delightful, easy-going companion.

BEFORE you read Pink Lady’s adoption criteria it is extremely important that potential adopters give great thought and communicate in their adoption application as to what their home set up and routine plan is for the first few weeks/months if they are the successful adopter of this most precious doggo. Pink Lady cannot be settled in over just a weekend and then left on a Monday home alone while you return to work… There needs to be a plan outlined so that her foster family can feel assured that she is going to be set up for success in her new home.
