Oh Mickey you’re so fine!
Introducing Mickey, four years young and currently in foster care with adopted female Makants hound Zee (Zee Zee). The two hounds get on well and Mickey has settled into the home, mastering the stairs quite quickly! He is clean in the house and is comfortable being left for short periods of time.
Mickey’s foster carer Jo says that Mickey is ‘a real softy who loves cuddles’ and that he is ‘a very gentle boy’. She reports he gets on well with fellow hound Zee and they can often be seen sharing the settee together.
The favourite word in Mickey’s dictionary is ‘walkies’! Mickey loves his walks and walks well on the lead, however, he’s still learning that other breeds can be friends too. This is something his foster carers are working on and believe he will improve given time, patience and continued training. Jo can’t stress enough how much he loves his walks – rain or shine, it doesn’t matter! His favourite times are when he can be off lead at a local secure field where he enjoys a good run with his greyhound pals. Adoptable for £130 – Mickey is neutered and up to date with vaccinations and micro chipped.
