VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT between {Name (First):78.3} {Name (Last):78.6} and Life of Pikelet:

By ticking the terms and conditions box and submitting this form to become a volunteer, you will be agreeing to the following:

1. I agree to adhere to Life of Pikelet's high standards of moral and ethical treatment of the animals under their care at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, infinite cuddles and stankass puppy breath kisses

2. I acknowledge that any and all services provided to Life of Pikelet, by me are strictly in a voluntary capacity and no payment or compensation is implied or outstanding.

3. I agree to follow the direction of Life of Pikelet directors and co-ordinators at all times and to abide by all policies and procedures.

4. I agree that in my capacity as a Life of Pikelet volunteer I will be mindful that my words and actions are representative of Life of Pikelet's attitudes and positions at all times and I will not actively or inadvertently undermine these.

5. I understand that I may not enter into any commercial agreements on behalf of Life of Pikelet.

6. I understand that information pertaining to the people and business of Life of Pikelet to which I am exposed in my capacity as a volunteer is strictly confidential, wether it be personal or proprietary and I will abide by Life of Pikelet's privacy policy at all times.

7. I understand that my services as a volunteer may be terminated by Life of Pikelet at any time.

8. I agree to return any and all equipment/supplies provided by Life of Pikelet if requested

9. I agree to transfer all intellectual property rights and interests (including copyright) in any ideas or materials created relating to their provision of voluntary services at Life of Pikelet to Life of Pikelet

10. I understand that the handling of animals and other volunteer activities may place me in a hazardous situation and could result in injury to me or my personal property. On behalf of myself, and my heirs’ personal representatives and assigns, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Life of Pikelet and its directors, officers and agents from any and all claims, causes of action and demands of any nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my volunteer activities.
